Executive Master’s in Actuarial Science

Application is open to graduates of Obafemi Awolowo University with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Statistics or cognate discipline. Graduates of any other recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Lower degree, and those who hold an approved qualification in Sciences, Social Sciences or any professional certification such as Associate Member of Society of Actuaries (SOA), Associate member of Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) adjudged to be equivalent to a first degree with mathematical background may be considered.
In exceptional cases candidates from OAU with third class degree may be considered under certain conditions as stipulated in the regulations governing postgraduate studies. However, other candidates in the same category with at least 7 years post qualification experience may also be considered.
