Executive Master's in Real Estate

Application is open to graduates of Obafemi Awolowo University, or any other recognized University, who possess not lower than a Second Class (Honours) Lower Division in Estate Management/Land Economics.
Candidates with first degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Banking and Finance, and other allied professionals in the Building Industry (Quantity Surveying, Building, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Land Surveying) who possess not lower than a Second Class (Honours) Lower Division degree are also eligible.
Candidates with a Third Class Honours degree in Estate Management or Land Economics, but who have a minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience may be considered.
